Obviously the deputy is an idiot. He’s abusing his power. He believes that, in this building, he’s an all powerful god, when, in reality, he should be a school crossing guard.
What would the cops do if the auditor was dressed up and performing as a mime while also recording?
You wouldn't go on a job and cuss out your boss, because your boss is in charge, same applies to police officers, because when they "Get an attitude", they are cussing out there boss, because WE THE PEOPLE run this country, we're in charge, not the police!
A private citizen, has the right to "Have an attitude" but the police are public servants and they are supposed to be kind, courteous, and have professionalism towards the public, and not suspect them of anything until they prove otherwise! When a police officer has an attitude, that police officer is a freaking tyrant!
That deputy needs to be removed from public facing duties!

I’m so tired of hearing “because we are here investigating, you are legally required to give me your ID” when 99% of the times they say this, it’s completely not true at all. I still don’t understand who is teaching all of these cops that this is the law. Or do they all really have this big of an ego that they think they can just demand what they want and you have to do it?
