The incident was caught on video, which I’ll show you….

  1. From now on do not call it qualified immunity call it for what it truly is qualified pig impunity or qualified oink oink immunity or qualified oink oink squeal squeal immunity or qualified oink squeal pig immunity or qualified filthy dirty corrupt mud dwelling pig immunity or qualified above the law immunity or maybe qualified thug immunity or qualified shit eating pig immunity. People of all the things I wrote do you realize the one thing every 1 of those words has in common and that is the perfect word. "P" "I" "G"

  2. This isn't related but I have a question. Hypothetical situation, say ive been harrassed by city cops several times over the years. it starts when the cop or cops hear my last name. Their whole attitude changes. Using aggressive language/force, threats of basically pinning stuff on me. Even talking about my family and family name with a dim view. (Basically saying I should go to jail just bc I have this last name.) It makes me feel I'm being targeted and treated unfairly bc of my last name. Would this be discrimination??? Anyone's input appreciated!

  4. These people should be required to publicly admit wrongdoing, in full detail, as a part of their settlement offer. And when they do allocute, they should be subjected to the same scrutiny that someone appearing before a parole board would face. Don't let them get away with some wishy-washy, halfhearted, cock and bull story. If done with integrity I think cops would grow to fear that process even more than they would ever fear something like having to bear personal financial liability for the judgments against them. These are civil cases, not criminal. And if they invoke their right against self incrimination that should be enough to trigger a thorough, unbiased criminal investigation.

  5. How can you claim to be a cop and be this oblivious to the difference between an arrest warrant and a search warrant? People like that should be lucky to even be able to get a job mopping floors. If they're that confused about about as simple and straightforward as why they were out of line, they definitely shouldn't be trusted with a badge, a gun, or any kind of authority, especially if they did it because they knew better but just didn't care.

  6. On July 20, 2019. 2 Officers were in my house watching me while I was in my bed asleep. I jumped up out of my bed and told them to get out my house. Same Officers showed up on August 23, 2019 trying to break in my house for hours! When I begin to record them on my cellphone, they all lied and said was cellphone was a gun! I spent 4 days in jail! Their Bodycamera footage shows the truth! I was armed with a Voice Activated Camera

  7. I feel like the poor victim might have gotten a traumatic brain injury if the first officer continued his assault and battery of this man. That was an impressive wound he ended up with. I am sure that strongly impacted the decision to settle to prevent a bunch of bad things from coming out.

  8. The only way I would settle a boot stomp case is when I get to stomp on the cop that stomped on me ! In public in front of every person in town and just so you know I am 320 lbs ! Videos don't lie cops lie !!!

  9. JL Stevens left Rainelle PD and went to work for the White Sulphur Springs, WV PD. Just moved from one side of the county to the other. I don't know if he is still there but it would be a good question for Mayor Bowling and the city council.

  10. I'm a retired Army Bomb Squad combat veteran who is gearing up to start my own 1st and possibly 2nd Amendment video Audits of various public locations here in Arkansas. Any recommendations for a civil Rights attorney to keep on retainer should my Rights be violated during such video audits? I can provide my POC to you.
