How is this issue NOT a government mandate when the government can destroy any employer or professional (doctors, researchers, etc.) unwilling to play along?
Doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc., are licensed by the government. Businesses are licensed, permitted and regulated by the government. Countless hospitals, schools and universities receive government funding to survive.
Every private entity mandating a vaccine is under the coercive thumb of government to some degree in some way shape or form to go along with the vaccine narrative or risk government retaliation.
The actors might be private entities but the strings are pulled by the government.

Our government was instituted "to secure these rights" so why are we only Constitutionally protected from government encroachment when the government should protect us from all encroachments? Why can people sue (i.e. bakeries) for denial of rights?

Employer mandate ? T o require a risky procedure would put an employee at risk. Could the employers be sued for requiring a procedure that would damage the employee?
Wouldn’t it be an issue with forcing a person to take a procedure where damage may occur and law prevents any suit to recover the damage caused?
When will people realize mandates are only mandates when sheeple allow themselves to be mandated to. Employers can’t be employers when there are no employees.

I hope you read this it not about vaccines . my friend Raquel was staying at her friends house and she was sleeping when an off duty cop kicked the front door open I had no Idea that happened in the down the hall the the off duty cop bangs on the door telling to get out I open the bed room door not understanding what's going on then he KICKS IN MY LEG I weight 110 and it drops me to the floor they never took me to the hospital they took me to mental hospital they gave me meds i could not even talk they let me out Aug/26/21while I was sitting in the police car they keep telling the off duty cop you fucked up and the other roommate witnessed all of this do you think i might have a case
I’m working on creating an equal rights group for unjabbed modeled after the LGBT equal rights movement. Otherwise I’ll be trapped in the hell of either having to take a lifetime jab from one of numerous companies with negative criminal/civil lawsuits or be discriminated against for my natural born condition of being born free from c19 jab ingredients. Insanity.
The government was sterilizing native American women in the 1970s without their permission -the last one sterilized without permission (that we know of ) was in the early 1990s. At the Standing Rock water protectors area the government flew planes over and sprayed Native Americans who then mostly caught the Standing Rock flu. also in the early 1990s -there was a boat on the Potomac that was caught spraying flu virus over toward the city. It made national news back when the news actually covered this stuff. Then we have the Tuskegee syphilis experiment where the government was testing what Untreatedsyphilis would do to African-Americans. The history of the government attacking its own citizens and its own humans goes back to the smallpox blankets which were distributed purposefully to Native Americans. Some of us are never going to trust the government to do what’s right for us because we know too much. Let’s say these vaccines are safe right now but how do we know that in 15 years everyone won’t have some weird cancer? or how do we know that these vaccines are safe right now but in six months the boosters won’t start killing people? Or how do we know that the vaccines are safe right now but randomly in a few areas the vaccines will be deadly? It would be hard enough to prove that a vaccine killed all the people in one area but maybe only one out of every nine doses was poison-that would be near impossible to prove!? I do not trust these people. One of the scientists at the CDC back in the 1990s confessed to my friend who was there working on their safes that they were going to create and release a virus to reduce world population. It scared him terribly but I said they have been working on that a long timeSince Kennedy’s time as a matter of fact. I wasn’t scared and I’m not scared but that wall between here and Mexico might just be to keep us in rather than them to keep them out.

in the Houston "case" the Fed had no jurisdiction, it was a State issue (and harm might have been threatened but was not executed… no harm no claim)
