  1. I remember when I was jogging in the middle of the night in the Bronx in the 80’s. I couldn’t believe that some cops driving by stopped and put the big spot light on me. I kept jogging like I had not noticed a thing. I felt like it was something out of a movie. I remember having thoughts of taking off full speed just to mess with them but even at 15 I knew they would chase me down and brutalize me for making them burn off those excess donut calories.

  2. I notice a big difference in justification further stops between the old narrator and the new narrator. Too many other videos done buy honestly honest state that yes ARS is needed but yet this narrator says ARS is NOT NEEDED. .

  3. The law 15-2-30 that you posted says that they may demand the "name, address and explanation…"
The statute does not state that he must give ID, only that he must give his name and address. It does not even state that he must give his surname, DOB or anything else.

  4. 5:20 – Suspecting him of a crime absolutely DOES MATTER when it comes to demanding his identification and detaining him (variable by state)! He only has to identify himself when there is REASONABLE ARTICULABLE SUSPICION that he has committed a crime. Now initially, If he's running in a high crime area at night that might be suspicion of somebody running from robbery or some other crime. But once he detains him, he has to have reason to identify him! And the cop CLEARLY stated there is NO CRIME HE SUSPECTS HIM OF COMMITTING. There is a reason auditors ask this question.

  5. Yea…..this idiot was being dumb from the start…….instead of the way he told the officer what he was doing……why didnt he just say he was jogging…..sat down to rest?…….im already within 2 minutes done with that dumbass citizen
