  1. Wait, what? This cop thinks he can demand ID from a citizen for any reason. Hopefully they fired this moron cop before he costs them a big lawsuit. 700 residents? They don't even need any cops. Glad this is being aired.

  2. This dude is the Officer in my town of Amsterdam Ohio. He also patrols Bergholz every now and then. He has always been pretty generous to me but he also has been accused of things that he clearly did. He was also the Truency Officer at my Elementary School about 7 years back

  3. Dude, not familiar with YOUR content before now. But as of 4:48, you are 100% correct. Many LEOs, probably most, are irritated that people don't jist surrender their Constitutional Rights solely because they want themto do so! Bit the Constitution of These United States was actually written for a reason beyond using up parchment and ink! They swear an oath to uphold and defend the rights guaranteed by a document most have never even read! Mignt continue later.

  4. How can a Cop be so stupid to claim a person is a sovereign citizen when that person is standing up for the constitution of the country he is supposedly sovereign from? Shows stupidity of the cops !

  5. Instead of trying to intermediate the person who refuses to give their identification they should just tell them they are going to enter their description into the computer in the car then come back and call them by a maid up name saying they've been looking for them and they have a lot of warrants out then act like they are going to put them in jail I'll bet they show their identification quickly.
