Welcome to Audit The Audit, where we sort out the who and what and the right and wrong of police interactions. Help us grow and educate more citizens and officers on the proper officer interaction conduct by liking this video and/or subscribing.

First Amendment audits are a staple of constitutional activism, but following up those audits with subsequent legal action is just as important. Changes in the laws and power structure associated with constitutionally protected activities empowers the momentum of constitutional awareness.

This video is for educational purposes and is in no way intended to provoke, incite, or shock the viewer. This video was created to educate citizens on constitutionally protected activities and emphasize the importance that legal action plays in constitutional activism.

  1. How can people so heartless still have emotions by letting their ego get the best of them? A citizen acting on their constitutional rights hurt their feelings. They are supposed to enforce laws but break every law in the book!

  2. I don't have to prove anything to you dope. You're the story and you are guilty of being wrong. EGO getting in her way.
Assault and battery! She needs to be fired due to being stupid while carrying a gun. Policy Shmalishy. She is only digging
a dipper hole for herself. and should be fired. So these cops got away with this horrible. The filmer blew it big deal .

  3. This is crazy on many levels. However, IIRC, the criteria for a Terry stop is suspicion of potentially criminal activity, not suspicion of a specific crime, correct? To me, that suggests an investigatory detention (and the associated frisk for weapons) is probably lawful, even if handled quite unprofessionally.
