He got off lucky this is small town bulshit that needs to stop I got shot three times and usually people are guilty that get shot and what not but my only offense was that I was with a controlling girl and her cousin which was a guy was dating as a gay police chief which made them family so she would call every time I was 5 minutes late and saying I stole her car and then changing ask her a whole story after I got home and this kept going for months I had no idea until one day she had done it and I had got pulled over but the car that pulled me over was just like this guy's silver Pontiac that had no lights or anything like that but I was waving me over to the side and then I called the dispatch and they didn't know if that was going on and then finally a bunch of other Cruisers from other Middletown mean 5 Mi away from that little town came together and then I ended up stopping when I stopped I got hit with the border patrol truck that made my car has been because of the icy roads. And then he proceeded to drive up slowly rolled out his window and shoot me three times in the head with a bean bag round which caused me to lose vision and I literally did nothing to deserve any of that. But there's no lawyer in that small town or that area that will pick up the case because they're all in bed with each other so I'm literally screwed times 10 I had my mom my video I had my sister on the phone and then I had dispatched three ways with my mom's other cell phone so my sister and my mom literally saw what happened visually and heard what happened audibly not to mention the cameras in my car so there's no reason why they should still be in uniform and I should still be paying over a million dollars in medical bills because of them
All of a sudden it's "Go ahead with your mom" He's so scared she's gonna call somebody else he starts screaming "I'm letting her go with you!" Lmao smh

Need to extend law suits to the officers and the department. Officers need to be tested and observed to see if their fit to fulfill their duty as an officer of the law. This should be done yearly.
