Sandra Birchmore, a 23-year-old pregnant woman from Massachusetts, passed away in February 2021. Renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden has concluded in a recent report that her death was likely a homicide. Birchmore’s case is linked to allegations of misconduct by three former Stoughton police officers. The officers, who resigned in 2022, have denied the allegations brought forth in a lawsuit by Birchmore’s family and have not been criminally charged. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.

even i know the difference the pathologist was explaining. i watch a lot of true crime & i’ve heard this explanation by other forensic psychologists. forensics these days is excellent & you will get caught- even for something that happened 50+ years ago they are solving now!

Well I really hope they get to the bottom of this. No girl or woman should be taken advantage of especially by those who are supposed to protect and serve. A woman is supposed to be protected. I grew up with two older sisters so this really upsets me!! My heart goes out to her family.
