You may not believe the decision which we received. Also an update on a few other civil rights cases pending or in the works here in West Virginia.

I'm going to tell you I need a lawyer for mold in my apartment but I know you don't probably take them kind of cases I have mode so bad been living here for 2 years probably in my system and I will be going to the doctor this week or next week to get blood work done to see if it's in my system and if it isn't my system I already have paperwork stating that mode is here it's I got a paper from when I first moved in saying there's mold in the apartment I have a paper that I had tested for mold and it shows that there's mold in here but they're saying there's no mold but there's stuff on my walls and stuff on my ceilings and I have bags full of water that are some of them are really funny looking and there's a lot of other things I have lots of pictures of everything that I have took in and I hope that one day I get to get a lawyer like you and take this case and this Sue these people like crazy because they have not just my apartment but there's quite a few apartments that have more and other things in them so hopefully you read this and maybe get back with me on it but if you don't somebody recommend me to a good lawyer I'm in Columbus Ohio so you know I definitely need me a good lawyer
You are a good lawyer and I would have you represent me anytime that I have a case that I really need you on and a lot of people should use you because you know what you're doing you know the first second third 4th amendment and even from the 5th to the 10th amendment so you are a good lawyer you help a lot of people out and I know once people start hearing your name you are going to be like a famous lawyer which you probably already are cuz you're on YouTube so I recommend you to anybody to get you for any kind of case that they have you are a good lawyer and a good person and your son is going to be just like you hopefully hope he comes a lawyer does the thing that you do cuz you're a good man God bless you and have a blessful Sunday
Suzanne Bassi, been fighting for getting ' private judgement often held at 1 am without notification of court sitting. Ugly stuff. Try viewing her videos shocking.
Sounds like the family court is totally corrupt! The Fourth and others.

Well if that is not indicative that family court is corrupt I don’t know what is.
Am I missing something here if a judge can issue a search warrant in this instance, then why not just go and search?
It sounds like the entire West Virginia Family Court needs to be reviewed to see if other judges have violated the rights of people who go before that court and no matter if they're a judge or not, they could be barred from practicing law
Sounds to me that this judge is probably doing the same thing.
Every case is a taxable event… Pension and retirement all funded by the taxpayers.

🤔 How can that lady judge be held accountable in Any way if judges have absolute immunity❓
If THAT judge has THAT many questions about how to do his job properly, according to the laws of the state, then he needs to be removed expeditiously!! He has shown by this document that he has NOT been following and/or applying the laws correctly. It's a wonder that the WV Supreme Court, let alone the US Supreme Court, has not been inundated with appeals to violations of basic laws. But…that's the Southern way if doing things. You threaten people with their livelihood, tell them that there is a system that everyone follows, even though it's waaaay outside the law, and they don't want to be the ine that rocks the boat (go along to get along), and you end up with citizens being raw dogged for decades if not centuries.

They are setting up a judge fred situation.

This family court judge has no right to decide on his beliefs but rather on laws set forth. Sounds like a cover up to me.
Stalling tactic, also. If the statute of limitations hasn't run out. File criminal charges against the judge. Federal court. As it's federal constitution she violated. 18§ 241 & 242 of the criminal code to start. Ask in the charges that judge be removed from her judicial duties pending outcome
As far as the bus drivers go. Slander & defamation of character. The res 2 sets of LAWS according to that one judge . there's us and then the res the piissons we hold in contempt.
