Cop did awful but could have ended alot worse, when the guy walked away and put his hand is his right jacket pocket the cop could have done anything, fair play to the cop, he knew he wasn't under threat and he followed him and detained him, thankfully we have some cops who don't just grab, shoot and explain why. Overall bad performance from the cops but like I said, could have been alot worse
