Does anyone have the link to the oral arguments for this case? I have looked and tried to use the information from the attorney's videos. I even contacted the 4th circuit court of appeals and spoke with a staff person. I am having no luck.
Her butt needs to be in jail of all the people that are supposed to know the law you would think a judge does
The first amendment to the fifth amendment is what they violated his rights by going in his house they should have never went in there until they got a court order and then they should have got they should have got a warrant before they went in his house they shouldn't have went in there this guy cuz the judge wants to go in his house that doesn't make no sense she should be sued and police should be sued and I'm pretty sure you're going to say the same thing
Right they should have a warrant and he knows the first sport the first to the fifth amendment from the fifth amendment to the 10th amendment they are not allowed to search a house unless they have a search warrant or be able to go in there for a reason a reason because his wife says there's something in there then the judge that was doing that she was probably got paid off or something maybe even crooked like you know the cops were even probably crooked so who knows you know but somebody got some money somewhere from something because you just don't go in nobody's house without a search warrant it doesn't go like that and I know you know that because you're the best that's out there there is so I'm going to watch the rest of this cuz I've been watching some of it but now I'm going to watch the rest of it and they shouldn't have went in his house for anything and she said she should excuse herself from the case
With there being no legal standing for these judges to do what they've been doing and violating the 4th amendment rights of these victims, Shouldn't that open these judges up for a civil lawsuit?????
I am ignorant of the validity of this hypothesis, but can't this judge issue a search warrant? If so, her carrying out a search is sort of obvious she was just too expedient and/or lazy to have the warrant written. With the 'facts' presented to her, wouldn't probable cause be fulfilled? Except for NOT HAVING THE COURT REPORTER, isn't this just an 'extension' of her courtroom?
I am sure this 'extending' the courtroom is its own slippery slope. (I saw a video where the judges 'decided' the entire multi-floor courthouse was 'the courtroom' and because the SCOTUS can ban recording, the same ban was appropriated by all courtrooms and extended to areas outside the actual courtroom. This video was especially aggregious because the judge finally granted the videorecorder permission to film in non-courtroom areas, then when the recorder neared the actual courtroom the judge ordered the bailiff to drag the recorder into the courtroom against his will and cited and jailed the guy for 5 days for contempt.)
Any and all officials that trespassed, breaking and entering under color of law, all laws they broke, should all be charged. Period. They’re not above the damn law. Idiots. Deputy’s should lose their qualified immunity and reprimanded severely. Sue the hell out of all of them. Enough is enough.
That Gestapo judge is probably an ACTIVIST, who loathes husband's, men. And used her position to abuse said husband and men.
This is exactly what the second amendment is for,. The violent removal of tyrannical government who choose to assert their authority over someone's rights.

Geez sounds like all those judges are named Karen and Kevin. This is totally unbelievable!!!!!
⭐️We had our grandson (maybe 4 years old) figure out how to open the safety lock on our front door and go out side onto the walkway leading to front door (we lived in a gated townhome community). A Karen neighbor (we knew them and they knew our grandson), called the police (instead of walking him the 30’ back to the house). My wife was alone with my Daughter (I was at work), the police and CPS bullied my wife into letting them in, they proceeded to search every room and closet in the house! (Our house was/is immaculate), as they were leaving the CPS “Lady” stated she will be back unannounced to inspect the house . Fast forward one month and CPS and 2 Cops showed up at my front door to inspect the house again, however I was home this time. I told the lady they were never going into my house, she said and a Cop said they were going to inspect the house, I said “nope, never going to happen and that she could go f**k herself. I repeated the statement, told the cop to get his foot out of my door, he did and I slammed the door in their faces. That’s the last time we saw CPS.
How about a Family Court Judge Ordering a disabled spouse to refinance the home she was deeded solely or he would Order her homestead sold? (Spouse unable to work or refinance and given 100% of the.marital debt. Other spouse Ordered to break into her hime, lock her out, seize all properties, personal and real, and sell her homestead. All parties were told by this homestead owner that they were trespassers (property was posted). Due Process was not followed from the beginning of the divorce by the judge or attorneys. All assets were given to the other spouse (except for a token amount). The other spouse had the incoming Family Court Judge as his attorney. I had to fire mine. He was working against me and for my husband. I was left homeless. I did not sign any Orders or agree to anything. I was denied mediation. I am homeless. He is a millionaire now.
Shameful.. Judge Louise Goldston should be sentenced to eating 9 pies at every meal.. instead of her usual 6 pies per meal..
The judge says, "Hey, let's go rob a bank!"
While the courts may or may not attach liability here, the one thing you do have is the first honest judge in recent memory.

Wow, BOGUS! But my wife and I can’t find anything in our own home so how are they going to find something?
I had just returned from a camping trip, hadn’t unpacked and got pulled over for some minor infraction. The cop saw my hunting knife in the back of my Jeep. He asks about it, I explain and he asks to see it. I said sure but couldn’t reach it or see it. So I let the cop reach in and grab it. He looked at it, pulled it from it’s sheath, and told me it was a concealed weapon! I asked him how it was concealed if he could see it clearly though I couldn’t. He thought about it a second and agreed and put it back. I could see him running through the court case in his head and decided he would look like an A-hole if he pursued it.
Yes, cops are not our friends. This in a small town where I live. Many more stories, some bad, some good. Be careful out there folks.
