The lack of turn signals for a stop is such a BS move. I wish they actually did that. 9 out of 10 cops I see on the road never use their turn signals and constantly break traffic laws just because the can. They usually bust speeders as its easier and more profitable than ticketing the idiot on their cell phones swerving across lanes like a drunk.
What are you running for?the same as always..ditching drugs and/or gun…Ive said that EVERY single time that they run on foot or car..there needs to be a MANDATORY NON-PLED DOWN Felony added for drugs and/or gun..that will stop most if not all of the running ..the other problem is what he said at end “don’t worry baby I’ll be out in the morning”the revolving door of “justice”system

I did a ride along years ago and this happened. Passenger jumps out and runs. All officers leave the driver and chase passenger. About two blocks away. The passenger stops. They had eyes on him the whole time so they knew he didn’t drop anything. They searched him and nothing. Went back and pulled driver out, searched the car, nothing. Just as they were about to pull off lady turns her porch light on and tells officer she saw driver get out and out something in her bushes. What did they find? Two stolen guns and 3oz of cocaine. They almost got away with it.

So this is my interpretation: If he knew he didn’t use his turn signals or they weren’t working properly & a police car pulled him over, he wouldn’t have gotten out of his car to escape. This would just be a “warning” scenario due to his back car light signals. But since he ran, he’s clearly got something else ON him like drugs, etc which leads the cops to suspicion.
