I had two off duty police officers engage in road rage on me one night. One on the right of me in a truck, the other to the left of me in a newer bmw. They were racing down the road when they split apart to the left and right of me at a red light. Officer bmw’s lane ends after the light. He tried to cut me off, didn’t have room, tapped the brake and flew around me to the right then Disappeared down the road at over 100 mph. Mr pick up tuck officer gets in front of me and repeatedly stomped the brake, slowing me to 10 under the speed limit. A couple of times almost coming to a complete stop. We reach the next traffic light and his window comes down. He’s pointing at the shoulder patch on his uniform. I was super pissed off, but decided not to report it and make myself a future target.
If the cop behind was following at the required distance he would have plenty of time to stop or avoid a wreck. Basic.
If there was a gun in the glovebox, that would be a dead cop.
Its called assault with a deadly weapon. 3rd degree felony, 5 years / 3 mandatory in prison here in the sunshine state. Its where that costumed criminal belongs.

Uttering threats is against the law, but cops are never charged with that crime, or most crimes they commit. With this video they should have an open and closed case.

Maybe I misunderstood the point you were trying to make here, but did you just mock the trauma any normal person would feel if they were baselessly attacked by someone who has the actual means and ability to end their life over a relatively trivial issue. The cop literally said he was going to kill him! How insensitive of you! Then you also mentioned your victim in court blaming them for being bigger than their attacker. Food for thought: It only takes a few months to be trained as a police officer but 3 years to be trained as a hairdresser !!!!!
I notified the HPD. HPD responded that that was not one of their officers, but they took no action to notify the agency responsible for that "officer". That is a crime what he did!! To point his gun at someone because of a possible accident. That's insane!!.!

Driving a motorcycle is nuts in itself. I drove for over 30 years. Guess what, I always god dam it, always kept my distance from vehicles IN FRONT, as well as signaling vehicles behind me when they got too close.
