  1. Did the judge make a profit from this action? I mean lawyers are paid, so was her judge also being compensated by the ex- wife? As far as I know judges are not allowed to perform any type of search, let alone theft of private property.

  2. You wonder why people like me can't stand a cop it's because they even sweep my son's death under the rug he was murdered just before Christmas and I've still heard nothing from these pigs they said they did a complete investigation which was a lie they said my son was coming to see me that's b***** because he left for my house to go see them at work

  3. Facebook is currently suppressing my freedom of speech along with Twitter and the rest of them They are afraid of people like me They bring forth nothing but truth and shine a light on all their corruption

  4. Cops do not work for the citizens they work for satans asshole, "government & big corporations" to create revenue. Big Money in doing so they are allowed to rape take, and murder the public. There's no such thing as a good cop!

  5. John, Doesn't this case also fall under USC Title 18 Crimes & Criminal Procedure Part 1 Chapter 13 Civil Rights § 241 Conspiracy Against Rights: "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same….." (Being the Judge Conspiring with the Bailiff's to search his home without a warrant after him telling her she had to have a warrant and them then threatening to arrest him 7 times which leads into 242) and §242 Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law: "Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully (emphasis added to custom and willfully) subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the….." (with them all adding up to violations of his 4th, 5th & 14th amendments when she searched his house with her henchmen I mean Bailiffs without a warrant). Are you allowed to amend the complaint to add those 2 extra sections, I know in state courts the prosecutors are allowed to file amended complaints not sure about federal courts; also is the burden proof on the 18 USC 241 & 242 Codes similar to that of 42 USC 1983 Code?

  6. I live in ohio and I have live as a free man the whole time…no mask I havent delt with it have had only a handful of people give me any grief about it still didn't stop me tho I dont listen to signs unless there is a o.r.c under said sign

  7. There should be more constraints for people in the family court. Currently there are no prohibitions for mentally insane attorneys to practice is said courts. It should be the bare minimum because children are often involved. If an attorney is crazy enough to let a child get molested, or poison a parent, that attorney should be barred from participating in dissolution proceedings.

  8. Not only did she illegally search his home. But according to you she allowed the Ex-wife to take things from his home that WASN'T apart of the divorce proceedings. AND the other court official (wife's lawyer) allowed it to happen. He too should be punished

  9. You sir, are a hero. I very specifically decided not to be a lawyer because the more I learned about our constitutional rights, the more I learned the justice system continually tramples them. In order to be accepted by your peers and community, you're expected to go along with this system. I can only imagine the crap you've gone through to stand nearly alone and fight the good fight for the benefit of your fellow citizens. Best of all, you do it in a way without screaming at the drones of unintelligent mobs, but rather tastefully enough that hopefully others will follow your lead into a better way of thinking (or even thinking at all)

I dont mean to butter your bread so thick, I just wanted to make sure you're aware that there are many of us out here who truly appreciate what you do, and love hearing about every case being fought. I've felt lucky more than not my home state of Missouri seems better than most at letting their citizenship live with less thranical rule than others, but the more it spreads, the better it becomes. Keep it up my friend! 🙂
