Officer Floyd notices there are no tags on a vehicle, so initates a traffic stop. The driver is asked to turn off the car, and the passenger drops something on the side of their seat. The driver is asked to step out of the car and place his hands on top. The driver is detained for not possessing a driver’s license. The officer smells an illegal substance on the suspect. When questioning the passenger, she indicates that the driver does take illegal substances. The officers then searchs the car and find a bag of ‘spice’. Another bag found in the car then testes positive for methamphetamine.

  3. How the heck do you get pulled over so many times that the cops know you personally. Forget about the drugs, you have to get pulled over first, before the cops find the drugs. How many times can you not change your taillight, or your license plate, or your turn signal, etc.
