‘Evil’ Florida Man Accused of Killing Family of Four, Burning Their Remains in Fire Pit

A Florida family of four vanished after visiting a friend in Hudson on June 12. Now, that friend is accused of murdering them and burning their remains in a fire pit. Pasco County authorities allegedly found human remains on Rory Atwood’s property suspected to be from the missing family. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the disturbing case.

Rain Mancini, Phillip Zilliot II, Karma Zilliot & Phillip Zilliot III seemingly vanished after the mother and father argued with Atwood while drinking. Atwood allegedly called a friend the next day and said he shot someone. Based on that report, authorities searched Atwood’s property, but no evidence was found. When the sheriff’s office searched the property again, they allegedly found human remains in his fire pit.
