I believe they both did it. If he was taking pictures of SA he and Jen were probably selling the pictures and I think he tried to asphyxiate Maddie during SA and he killed her. Just what I think but I think Jen was there while it was going on.
Moms statements are NOT worth immunity. I really hope she is charged for neglect at the very least! 😢 Personally I believe she deserves any and all charges applicable.
