27. Can you verify the law regarding martial law? I heard they cant legally declare martial law unless their is a foreign enemy on us soil and there is armed conflict. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Why aren’t we ever making the argument that the right to self defense predates the constitution and the constitution restricts the govt from violating the rights of individuals and the government can’t ALLOW any Un prohibited American from carrying a gun in any form? The Constitution restricts this govt not the people. Why aren’t we ever arguing this fact anymore to protect our individual inherent inalienable rights?
