Family Court Judge Shows up with Police and Searches My Client’s House

2. The judge is supposed to be impartial. By allowing the ex wife to come in & rifle through his stuff & take what she wanted the judge is no longer impartial. Forget just getting her fired – she should be in jail along with her bailiffs who were “just following orders” & the ex wife for stealing!

3. Hahaha, a law enforcement officer gets screwed over by another fellow "justice system " official. Poetic justice maybe? A crooked system is bound to eat their own eventually. The problem are the innocents they harm on the way.

7. Well, she's been doing these "home hearings" for something like 20 years, as best I can tell from later videos. That is probably why she is so certain. When he says she won't get inside without a search warrant she adamantly asserts "Oh yes I will" and she does get inside with no warrant. The homeowner had to let her in under threat of the armed deputies protecting the judge and her illegal search..

8. But does what is said on a privately owned platform fall under the umbrella of "free speech"? As a business owner the owner of that business is allowed to remove ant person from that privately owned business. Wal-Mart can have you removed from their store for cussing inside. Social media at forms are privately owned. So the person who owns the platform gets to decide the speech they allow on their privately owned space. Period. Social edit platforms are not publicly owned. It is a privately owned business. No one has freedom of speech in my house. If I don't like what they say I will.kick.them the fuck out.

    IF These Type of CRIMINALS are allowed to be put in a position of making ANY TYPE OF LEGAL, or LAW ENFORCED DECISIONS, Then There is Some Serious Flaws going on with Our Judiciary System, and We Need To Do MUCH RE-EVALUATION.IMMEDIATELY. . .

We have to be educated so that when tyrants reach for more power than they are legally allowed there is some manner of checks and balances. 23. This is absolutely infuriating. That guy did a great job of controlling himself and handling that situation in a calm, stern manner. I’d have been so mad that I’d have probably been screaming or in tears. This cannot be allowed in our country. Imagine if a judge could just demand to be let into your home any time they wanted! Oh man, this is so messed up.

36. There must be a provision whereby "hearings" must occur in "open court"?? In the State of Colorado there is……wtf, the Judge think that, because she deems this a "hearing" that she can apply Court rules to video recordings!! This is outrageous!!

39. You'll never get anywhere with this. Matthew will never get Carrie back. The court system is right in not letting this bully try and "work" the system. Matthew is not federal law enforcement as you so nicely try to impress upon these people. He works as a prison guard in the license plate making department. My God, you guys are so sad. The first Judge is a hero and did the right thing. This was no illegal search and seizure.
