Pamela Bordeaux, a former detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, is on trial for killing her ex-son-law, Sean Babbitt, inside her home in 2019. Babbitt was visiting his 3-year-old son. When he went to leave, Bordeaux allegedly shot him 10 times. She says Babbitt had an addiction to graphic adult films that included bestiality and incest. She reportedly feared he would devolve into violence. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber speaks with attorney Richard Schoenstein about Bordeaux’s chances at trial.

We’re he’s dead so they can’t get his side of the story 🙄
Now poor boy has no father… what a delusional woman
Animal pornography IS VIOLENCE
She’s gonna hate prison as a cop
Theres is also panic fire and Ive seen people who are very proficient and capable with firearms, in mock real life scenarios as cc holders vs. bad guys and they fire at the suspect and after are asked how many times they shot and they say 4 but it was really 8. Just saying.
Wow Jesse, just wow. You are getting more ridiculous by the day lol.
Guilty definitely.
Grandma wanted to clear her daughter of him.
She definitely didn't have to kill him,and she is Quilty as Sin!! Plus she waited 26 minutes to call police! Give me a Break Please
Rut case!😢
The first thing I thought of with the "supervised visitation" plus dad seeking more time–false allegations against dad right out of the gate. Is there evidence of the allegations that lead to supervised visits? Look up "parental alienation", specifically what Robert Garza in Texas has gone through along with thousands of other people who are going through the horrors of false allegations. Is it true, or some devious ploy by the mother and grandmother against the father. Which certainly fits, now that they killed him. Anyone know if there is evidence of the original allegations against dad? I'd really like to know.
She gave her life so her grandchild would have a safe one.. 😕
Without knowing more details I’m leaning toward a guilty verdict. What was her motive? 😬
“Right away, 10 shots is a problem for self defense…” meanwhile on-duty cops dump entire mags into people in “self defense” all the time 😂
Sometimes isn’t about none of that, sometimes the other parent isn’t only a bad father but a psycho and family courts won’t see it – sometimes the only way out is this—- I’m not even saying that’s the right thing to do, but I’m saying, there single mothers out there being retraumatized by their exes after separation b/c they are insidious
Why did you change your microphone settings? Sounds flat
Smooth criminal heehee
Why wouldn't they share his picture? I'm sorry there is more victims
Sure , self defense 🙄
I Bet the police doing everything in their power to protect her lol
Friends saying he had a tremendous relationship with his son is laughable after seeing him literally sign away his right because HE thinks he’s an unfit parent.
Wow, another woman who decided to take the law into her own hands. Reminds me of that big lady who shot and killed the man who had a car accident on the highway and drove off.
Love the new background
Visitation should not have been at her house. Shes guilty.
OMG Rich doesnt know the law. vis-a-vie Karen Read case. Lordy.
he did NOT need to die. that man needed help, and he knew it. he obviously attempted to put his childs and child’s family’s safety first. i don’t see a threat, i see an unstable mentally disturbed man who needed rehabilitation. now that kid has to grow up without their father. sad. grandma has a superiority complex and is power hungry. she just wanted the kid and her own daughter to herself and not have to deal with him anymore. so narcissistic thinking that her fantasy story is believable. it’s clear she only ever thinks about herself and not what’s best for her family. she did not think about anyone else in that moment except for herself and her own feelings when she murdered that man. someone’s son and father is now dead thanks to this self absorbed monster. absolutely disgusting.
Why did they charge her with anything?
Answer she’s a woman
With the 10 shots, maybe she was just making sure! She was keeping herself safe! Could it have been she was just consumed with fear and adrenaline (I’ve never held a gun) what would I know.
