@John H. Bryan, Attorney at Law, another patriot sent this and asked me to share it with you. 🇺🇸
So if you can't file a writ of prohibition directly against a governor then what legal remedies exist for violations involving separation of powers which, as I understand it, was the basis for bringing legal action?
Your state said, in writing, something that the governor is overlooking? Are your courts overlooking it to?
They can All do whatever the f*ck " they " want . For the most part . Welcome to the american justice system . If Hillary Clinton bit off the Popes dick on live TV and spit it out she wouldn't even get a ticket for spitting on the sidewalk . We don't have a justice system we have a legal system .
I never had to follow an order or a mandate before.
Aren't we a nation of laws?
The right to be secure in our person should cover the mask issue.
When can we get to punitive charges?
Is there a way to bring AG Morrisey into play?
What other lawful process do we have before we result to manpower? Can we run the state by referendum, and force a vote by the citizens?
Keep up the work for the people thank you
Not sure why the video connection went bad….
