Deputy Yandy Perez, formerly of the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, responds to a call of a neighbor dispute – one person has a firearm and the other a bat. Upon arrival, Deputy Perez discovers that an elder man – riding a bike with his wife, friend, and dogs – pulled out his gun on another family and their dog. The children playing in the area felt they were being threatened by this action, so they yell and call out for one of their parents. The children’s father rushes outside with a bat to confront the man. The man with the firearm claims that the neighbor’s dog ran after him and that was when he unholstered his firearm to stop the dog but never intended to shoot anyone. The elder man does not believe he is in the wrong, however, his firearm is taken from him and the matter will be dealt with in court.

  1. Dogs, pit bulls or whatever, should NOT be running loose.
Officer is right. Both men aka big bullies are in the wrong.
Dude waving gun more wrong. Children very close by💕💕💕

  2. I think by my law he should've been able to put a bullet in the father's foot to teach him a good lesson about letting man eating dogs off the leash.
