Officer Daniel Indries of the Colton Police Department responds to a call of a man who claims to have been hit on the head with a steel pipe while he was eating a sandwich. When Officer Indries arrives on the scene he is met by the victim’s girlfriend who confirms the victim’s story. They eventually transport the victim to the hospital so he can receive medical attention meanwhile the suspect is located a couple of blocks away. The suspect claims that the man accidentally hit his own head on the metal pipe while he was holding it. The pipe wielding man is arrested and taken to jail.
