Honestly, supporting charging the Crumbly parents is, at best, a borderline goofy argument and for someone who claims to have spent a lot of time on it Mr. Motta provides strong emotions on the idea but zero legal reasoning why Crumbly's parents are criminally liable. They are crappy, inattentive parents, sure. But criminally liable not really well unless….
    
    Unless we are now going to start charging the parent(s) of kids running with and killing rival gang members and/or innocent bystanders.

    What about single Mothers of 13-17yo gangbangers who constantly listen to music about murder, constantly boast they will "kill their OP", walk around with drum mag auto glocks posted all over their social media accts only to then go out and kill the exact rival they had been boasting about "getting" in front of their Moms day in day out for the past month. Seems quite "predictable", huh?

    I assume you also what these "Mothers" put in prison for being blatantly even less attentive while arguably even more criminally liable than the Crumbly parents, yes? He will never answer this because he can't using the logic he claims in the video.

    Every weekend there are multiple incidents such as I describe. This would become VERY common unless he wants different standards for some reason.
