For the situation it's insane how chill both the cops and nakey dude are. When I was 17 I ran around the block in my boxers from dxm (Dextromethorphan/robitussin) I had been Binging on it for about 2 days with about 3 large doses redosed within that time, I had also drank a 40 ounce of olde english when the dxm was finally slightly wearing off. Luckily did not get caught or arrested and eventually got back home, blacked out and woke up on the couch. Good times

I don’t think he was arrested, I can’t imagine the hellishness of those preceding 48 hours but I hope he was able to rest and detox in the hospital before going to treatment. Some people need to dig past rock bottom.

The kid has XII – XXVII – MMVIII tattooed on his shoulders which translates to December 27th, 2008. I've seen guys with the same tattoos of their birth date on their shoulders . But if that were the case…..Date of Program= 2019 minus 2008 = 11years old at the time video was released. He don't look 11 years old other than he's ACTING like he's 11 years old. What am I doing wrong here ?
