  1. Tomeo's investigation here is dumbfounding! How could any officer of his rank be so ignorant of the Constitution? He was smarmy, dismissive, and wholly unhelpful. This laborious and totally unsatisfying process informs the public that the best recourse to address these illegal actions by officers who are either unaware or do not care that they are violating people's rights is to sue them in civil court, since they are inept at handling these issues internally.

  2. The incident occurred on 12/1/17. The sergeant doesn't even interview the complainant until 4/119/18. Over four and a half months later. What a fucking joke!!!

  3. When they say this man does not want to recorded immediately say , you may kill him so let's ignore what he wants.

  4. lol all i see is you giving the cops a hard time.
Where they being abusive to the guy they were arresting?
if no all they wanted you was to stand back. and ever offered to talk to you after..

  5. Isn’t he the investigator? Isn’t it up to him to investigate his own policies and if he doesn’t know it that’s pathetic. The whole process is made so that people will not file complaints. They were very concerned about the criminals right that doesn’t exist while they violated your rights better in the constitution? I guess it’s good that the police are so caring for their criminals now if you could get them to do that for the citizens it would be a perfect world

  7. great video,,,, appropriate penalty will be imposed means that the piggies will gather and high five that pig that u complained about and/or drink a beer to celebrate the so called 'appropriate penalty',,,,,i guess i would be a fool to believe that they would punish one of their own…..good luck and stay safe.

  8. There's no such thing as the city of Marina Del Rey. Marina Del Rey is a neighborhood or section in the city of Los Angeles. I thought you sounded like a moron when you said that.

  9. “I am not the one being interviewed here!”

    You are the law breaker!!!!

8 months to investigate with video evidence. Only police departments can get away with this kind of bullshit and look you in the eye and tell you they are righteous individuals. What a joke! What a farce! What a mummers parade! To think, they feel no shame at all and count themselves as good men. BRILLIANT!!!!!

  10. "this gentleman doesn't want to be recorded right now" That might be true, it might be true that he doesn't want to get arrested right now. SO why didn't the PIG let him go?

  11. NOW, you file a PITCHESS MOTION on that officer and you get to see his entire personnel file from birth to present! Let me know if you need help paying for it!

  12. Cops should be required to have college degrees and mandatory civics continuing education. Damn this cop sounded ignorant.
