20. Suggest other videos be viewed that show the house, the surviving roommate (D), and parents of two victims being involved with drugs. There is evidence against the defendant for sure. But there is much more to this story that probably the local Police is withholding (or covering up). Given all the other videos on this subject, I could not convict the defendant without more unasked questions being answered. There is much more to this than is being reported to the public.

23. I'm not a lawyer. I'm taught, by lawyers, that the prosecution has absolutely no discretion to determine what needs to be turned over to the defense. Imagine, they tell me, the prosecutorial shenanigans that would go on if they did. As it is many prosecutors drag their feet every inch of the way.

36. This judge is giving more weight to other events that happened outside of this case. The FBI doesn't want to hand over evidence because they need it for another case I guess. They think if it is talked about something bad might happen to a bad person.

    This judge knows what his paperwork says. He should be working on this case. If he has another case that is a conflict of interest then he needs to excuse his self. Any cases having to do with this drug task force needs to be kept separate.
