Father who fatally shot daughter claims he thought she was an intruder

1. He could have planned this or it was pure recklessness's, only God knows really.

2. "What happened to him could have happened to anyone…" I guess if 'anyone' is a felon, who uses drugs, and is messing around with a gun in the middle of the day, which most of us aren't. So… no, it couldn't. Wasted the life of that precious, beautiful little girl for NOTHING.

YES, this is a very tragic and very sad case of jumpiness, but my thoughts are, why is he thinking an intruder has entered his house, why was he so paranoid. if you living right, or on the right side of the law then you shouldnt be weilding or having a gun so accessible. He seems to obviously been in fear of his well being, and tragically, his daughter suffered for his past sins.
