  1. The problem I see with the American justice system, as opposed to our justice system in Sweden, is that you have:

    1) People with no legal background deciding whether someone is guilty.
    2) The already inexperienced jury decides whether someone is guilty or not based on what they believe. Not based on what the evidence say necessarily while we do not have that here. Here, it matters not whether someone did it or not, or whether you believe they did, it matters only what you can prove.

  2. The first case l feel sorry for him wish they let him out l don't believe he killed the girl but what did the other suspects get jail time or what but the second case l believe he killed the handsome young boy cause they didn't get on well and he wanted the money l feel for the parents not knowing where he is at least that animal could tell them he was killed and where so the parents can have a closure

  3. This is really 😢. I wished we got the full picture on what the other four got charged with and if they did a plea deal. The one that attacked the girl and stole a safe should have gotten the most time, my opinion. Three accessories to the crime and/or robbery. When the cops showed up, they could tell one guy did something with all the blood 🩸 on him. The poor guy, he was telling what he knew. But didn’t know the cops were going to charge him anyway. His attorney, did not really defend him. She says tough case. Sure this was not her only tuff case.
I really feel sorry for the family. However, he is not Charles Manson. Charles Manson was pure evil and so were his followers he brainwashed.

Does anyone know, what the other four got sentenced to?
Are any going to be released? I thought 💭 I saw 👀 one did on one of the posts.

Defense attorney needs to educate the ones she defends to educate them on the law or laws they broke.
    Prayers for families and friends.

  4. Many of you are saying this is crazy, not justice and the guy, Holle is innocent. I'm not so convinced. Here's my thoughts:
    1. He loaned out his car and while that's not a crime in itself, he did hear them say where they were going and what they were going to do.
    2. They asked for and were given several of his bandanas – that's taking their intent, somewhere near the red line.
    3. The phone call when they were sitting outside the house (waiting for the younger sister to go to school) that's right on the red line and he did nothing.
    4. Do you accept his narrative that he was intoxicated?
    5. He never called the cops when they brought the safe back to his residence.
What if he planned it, or helped plan it, and didn't go along because he knew that the victim would very likely recognize him?

  5. This is why you never cooperate with the cop without a lawyer present looking out for your best interest . I’ve seen this one too many times. Cops leverage your life like it’s nothing. Say nothing even if you want to cooperate. Exercise your right to remain quiet and let your lawyer do the talking. He hands them the case down to the motivate and players and you see how they repay him. He was also stupid to lend the car and bandanas when he overheard their plan. I believe that is a messed up law where all involved get the same charge but also you need to make better decisions on who you call your friends and who you trust. Guy was a naive idiot.

  6. Ryan should not be charged. But I know one thing that I have learned. I don’t know if Canada’s law is similar. But I know never borrow my car to anyone.

  7. These people hanging ryan to the nail are very biased. RYAN was not the problem in the equation. Its really sad Ryan became a victim of the laws bitterness. FREE RYAN

  8. So I guess we can expect going forward that in Florida, when one cop commits a crime by beating or shooting someone, every cop on that scene will also get charged for the crimes committed by their fellow cop, right?

Lol who am I kidding, cops are only charged for their crimes about 0.0001% of the time, forget about his fellow blue gang members also being charged.
