1. 3.52 ish I get what the doctor is saying – basically they didn't get to the point of surveying for other injuries as he died therefore that would all be discovered on autopsy. However, his delivery was appalling and a discredit to his testimony overall.

3. So absolutely everyone from the party goers,police, fire department and medical staff can’t remember anything outside of what the prosecution ask? If that doesn’t show they have been coached then I don’t know what does.

7. John Higgins says he was embarrassed about disclosing his flirty texts with Karen because maybe it would put him in a bad light since he was John’s friend. MAYBE???

Why, when the Prosecutor objects does Judge Bev say things like “I’ll let him have it” as if she’s allowing the defence to have a piece of candy or she says to the witness “did you?” and repeats the question instead of saying “overruled” like other judges. It appears very condescending and controlling.

10. Wow.. Hopefully this ER Dr. is just nervous. Poor guy is a mess!

16. My guess is she got home between 12:30 & 12:45. She set up a bed on the couch, so she was clearly wanting to wait up for him. She most likely had another drink when she got home. If she was mixing the alcohol with something carbonated that would get her drunk faster. Many people free pour from the bottle and have no idea how many ounces of liquor they’re pouring inti their glass. She may not have been legally drunk when she dropped, John off at the party. When the three women returned to, John’s home in the am, Karen had no problem walking into the house. She was walking like anyone would through snow and wasn’t stumbling or swaying.

23. This trial is like pulling teeth. The most boring and drawn out trial I’ve ever watched. With the “evidence” that has been brought to the table, she seems very much innocent at this point.

24. Now this cute & likable, older gentleman (plow truck driver) is the most truthful person I have heard so far. Has ethics!!

25. And if she was drunk it could have been a mistake at best .

The Defense would like "everyone to agree" that Karen Read was completely sober by the time she drove that night, that she and John were so in love, and an unkind word never came out of their mouths towards each other that night, and that Karen kindly dropped John off at the party and they embraced lovingly…..THEN he entered a home where he was beaten, plowed over, and eaten by the family dog. Then every person in the family…mothers, fathers, and children all just stepped over his dead body before they went home to sleep. They are all so evil and depraved that not one of them feels guilt over murdering a cop, leaving him on their front lawn, and framing a completely wonderful, loving, caring, beautiful, young woman. And every detective and first responder are all equally evil and somehow came together to cover up and frame this incredibly wonderful woman 🤣
    The Defense is absolutely RIDICULOUS. They think if they are really rude and bully the witnesses, that'll "prove" how upset they are over this grave injustice over this "innocent" woman being framed by dozens of "evil" people. Give me a break.
    Karen Read got toasted, probably screamed at John and accused him of who knows what, and when he finally got out of the car, she backed up in a RAGE. She probably knew she hit him but didn't care and sped off….wasted. she "wakes" hours later after sobering some and freaks out, realizing he might not be home because of her backing into him! Hence the broken taillight, her knowing where to look for him, admitting they fought, and REPEATING comments about her hitting him. She was wasted and probably didn't realize how hard she hit him. To suggest cops, fire fighters, an ATF Agent, moms, dads, and their children are all involved in MURDERING A COP and framing an innocent person…that has to be the dumbest, most unlikely scenario I've ever heard from a defense 🤣

29. Almost all the alberts n the chubby text lover all where drinking that night 🤦‍♂️

32. Dr Rice sounds like he's on the payroll…Very awkward and anti Read..Overly awkward that it's beyond suspicious

33. After seeing the cop on the stand that referred to John as “the guy” and the group text they were all making up the story to say he never went inside …… KAREN IS INNOCENT.
    Until that witness I honestly thought maybe she was wasted and accidentally hit him.

34. I thought this so called Dr was a patient from the mental ward at Brockton hospital 😂
