7. The person who killed my mom, ran away, stayed hidden for a week, confessed to his friend, and the defense expert found him insane. He was found incompetent prior to his insanity plea which pushed the trial back for months…it gets pushed a lotttttt but if the prosecution knows how to do their job and they werent truly insane, then it wont work…but i could be naive lol..the trial for my mom still hasnt happened, and the prosecutors expert report still hasnt been finalized..
