2. While he didn’t call him a liar-when asked the witness was asked if the officer Cannon was lying the witness said yes.

5. Prior (defense atty) comes off as an unlikable able bully to me.

6. In the eyes of the world, Emma lost all credibility when she took responsibility for googling the wind direction prior to the disposal of Tylee. Huge mistake to allow both her and Garth to testify. Let's hope they get charged with perjury.

10. Prosecution made an error releasing the cop. With how shady and brainwashed the Daybells are… should have anticipated hostility from the kids and potential lies. Chad is going down but Prior is doing his best to keep him from getting the DP. Lies are all they have to raise "doubt". Enough "doubt" the jury wont give him death.

11. It is so freaking CREEPY how Prior stares at the Jury while questioning witnesses.

17. I wonder if Emma is going to kill Prior when her spawn donor father is found guilty…and all the "dark" witnesses who testified against him… they all need to join the witness protection program!

23. Pryor's primary legal strategy is fixation on triviality. "The staple was on the left side of the paper, does that sound correct?"

24. Was Emma ever interviewed at great length. I wonder if the police believe she was involved

25. Emma is definately in on all this. Shes there when the life insurance is upped. She receives money. She doesnt want to help law enforcement. She doesnt seem too shocked or care that two children are found on her fathers property. She lies about her mothers death. She doesnt want to see the autopsy. If that was me id be very interested in it. She met Lori very quickly after her death . Even that doesnt raise alarm bells. Theres no sadness and puts her mother down
    She now has no problems living in the home. I guess Tammy just living her best life and is in a safe place.

26. How does Tylee have a (carnivore) bite??

27. Pryor is an insufferable jerk. His looming failure is weighing on him making him nastier than normal to the state witnesses. No way he could save his guilty client. I am sure the $350/hr he is receiving (aka blood money) will help lessen the blow.

29. So Tylee was burned at another location on the same day Chad was on his property burning limbs while his location is turned off. Yet Alex location places him on the Daybell property on the same day. Both coincidentally discarding unwanted items. Each unaware of the other. Sounds completely plausible 🙄 RIP Tylee 💜

30. I thought Emma testimony was read from a book it’s like she didn’t even care for her mother at all

33. I don't understand why the "projector screen" is necessary if it's not being used. It would be much easier to view the trial with three splits and with the witness filling the bottom. Also, it would be helpful to put the "names" of the defense, prosecution, and judge after the name of each screen 😊
