1. Wow, convicted on the word of a 6-year-old child that had just been through the worst trauma possible & absolutely zero evidence against her uncle…that's some lazy police work! Why the hell didn't they consider the sexual deviant next door who'd only recently been released from prison, why didn't they follow up after that sexual predator asked if he was being charged for the murder when he was arrested on another charge? Were the police just trying to cover their own asses as they probably knew they'd messed up? Those other victims wouldn't have had to go through what they went through had the police done their jobs properly & arrested the right person.

2. This is so horrific. This is why I don’t believe in god. How could an all loving god let this happen. Let any of these terrible things happen to innocent people.

4. if there's water in her lungs then yes she drowned, but if there's no water in her lungs when she was found then she was dead before her body ever went into water

Such a horrible thing the 6 year old little girl went through and also clairence- It's to bad the court people told the little girl what to say to have her uncle arrested like that with them charges I am sure poor clairence went through hell many times😢 Thank God for the innocents project in ohio for helping him and getting him released..The courts should pay him for each day he was locked up and for any harm that was done to him in prison..many years this man lost cause of the people in court- its not the girls fault she was just told what to say and was scared..need to find the court workers that helped her say that. and yes the 2 guys did look alittle alike So the girl was trying to say that not that it was her uncle..So happy clairence made it through his prison lock up and found love- (wear your helmet enjoying your rides tho.😊) Rip Judy and praying for happiness for that little girl all grown up now and clairence to live life happy after all that happen to them.

9. Why did this episode leave out his wife at the time of his arrest who helped him? I am so disappointed with this episode 😢

18. So glad the right people were put behind Clarence to free him, there are many innocent people in prison, but usually they have some kind of criminal record! Poor niece too, 6yr old was confused & hope she can have a relationship with her Uncle. The gf of the pos neighbor sicko that did it should be charged for aiding & abetting him. Unbelievable he just got out & did that & the police had no clue because they didn’t even investigate at all!

21. Police have become too dependent on technology to solve crimes. Good old school cops would have someone in a cage by now. Anyway, check her work, the people that she worked with, the costumers. Check if the boyfriend couldn't have take a ride in the middle of the night and drove back to his alibi.
    Cant believe that no other camera in town wasn't working, not much traffic at 4 am.

26. 23:42 if there was evidence that he couldn’t have been there doing the crime how could they still think he did it and arrest him? edit the more I watch the more it makes no fukn sense. They even knew there was a sex offender living next door so why wouldn’t they check the dna before sending the wrong guy away? And why the fukn was the sex offenders gf not charged for KNOWING and hiding her bf after he did the crime when the little girl came to the door?
