Gwinnett County Police Officers Jason Woodard & Markus Lapitsky are called to a disturbance/accident call where a man has collided into a parked car at a party and attempted to leave the scene. Partygoers snatched the driver’s keys and there is a fight in progress. Upon arrival Sr. Officer Woodard determines that the driver is DUI and is arrested following his refusal to conduct field sobriety tests. The driver says it’s his first time, though he is nearly 55 years old. His refusal means he automatically loses his drivers license for one year.
