2. I feel like the defense should have asked Kaitlin Albert when she was walking to the car to be picked up if she used her flashlight on her phone or if the lights were on outside the house? Clearly it would be dark, windy, and snowing.

3. I really hope the judge reads these or someone informs her about ALL THE NEGATIVE comments! This many people can’t be wrong! She is diabolical!

4. Why did Julie tell her Ryan to come get her. He gets there and she doesn’t go with him , she decides to stay and go home with the McCabes . Very odd

5. Caitlin is lying as well! they are all covering for an Albert……. not sure which one, though it’s clear they are all lying 🤥 😮

11. Anyone notice how Kaitlyn looks at the DA before answering. Like she's already been told what they are gonna be objecting to 🙈 also would love to hear the law reasons for all the objections. Cuz I've NEVER seen a trial where the judge sustains or overruled without law given. This whole trial makes me sick. And I wanna know what juror(s) were either paid or intimidated to vote guilty so it resulted in a mistrial. Cuz I know we were watching the same trial. And for anyone who says well they don't hear or see everything we do… yeah they basically do considering we don't hear any of the sidebars or really much of the conversations between the judge and lawyers outside of the jury cuz she always calls them up. There is no freaking way an unbiased juror believed any of the witnesses so far 😂 they all sound soooo rehearsed when the prosecutor asks questions but the second the defense asks anything they magically get amnesia and "can't recall" 😂🙈 and some of their testimonies are too similar… obviously they talk to each other and or watch the trial. What a freaking joke of a town!

18. It’s actually very weird to think these Albert family witnesses are prosecution witnesses. What are they proving for the prosecution? They’re a hotbed of reasonable doubt for the defense, it seems like the defense called them that’s how much they seem to be proving that side

23. For everything I’ve heard in this trial, there is 100 percent reasonable doubt ..The extremely heart wrenching thought to me is a veteran police officer, who by all accounts was a very caring and friendly person, lost his life for NO reason !

24. Sniff = lie/anxiety/defensive that whole clan sniff every time they’re asked a question they don’t want to answer.

25. The judge must’ve noticed the eye contacts between the witnesses and the prosecutor, they were signaling each other whenever they need him to object

    She looks up & to her left when she's trying to recall something so when she goes up & to her R, she's not recalling from memory of that evening but maybe trying to remember what she's supposed to say, he blink rate goes up considerable when I believe she's being untruthful. Can't say what the 'untruth' is, just that it's there

31. Timelines are important to this case – especially when a witness decided to come into the case. The blanket objections are completely unfounded and without basis.

32. Their breathing gets heavier when people start to lie..

33. I believe the brother came to pick them up and they sent the sister outside to tell the brother to leave that they didn’t need a ride.. something happened and they freaked and sent him away. Why else wouldn’t they have sent a text to the brother to say nevermind about picking them up unless their minds were occupied and something postponed them telling the brother to not pick them up.

34. Why is the judge not allowing questions regarding Caitlyn Albert’s connection with the EMT?! This is absolutely absurd and is hindering the defense to actually show their defense to the jury.

35. These defense attorneys are a trip…she said she’s more a friend of a friend..my ex husband is my son’s father but he isn’t my friend..we are in photographs together..quit using semantics…it and this whole conspiracy IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Kaitlyn’s boyfriend does not remember the time he picked her up, don’t remember if he pulled up in the driveway, does not remember which road he took to get there but he does remember when they were leaving Kaitlyn was looking at him and therefore was unable to identify if there was a body in the yard? Do they think this makes them look credible?

38. This Julie Nagel thinks she’s really something with her attitude . Maybe someone should remind her that she lives with her mom and dad and works at a job that she probably makes $10 per hour
