Responded to a call from a woman who was concerned about her roommate who is suspected to be using meth again. She says he had come home and was talking about how he had shot up his parents’ house. We met at a nearby business and she says he isn’t home but would like us to check her apartment. We search the apartment and he isn’t there, but as we’re about to leave he comes back. Our officers grab him and find a gun on him. He resists a bit and is taken to the ground a couple times. Another unit goes to his parents’ house and finds casings that match the gun he had on him. He’s arrested for being a felon and having a gun.

I don't think he was a bad guy…his hoodie was not up. We all know bad guys have their hoodie's up. Plus he talks like a real educated guy. You know what I'm saying, he called me out, you know what I mean……
That officer looks like he belongs to the Penn brothers.
