14. I think it did not help Michelle that her position was i did not knew anything about it. There is vast proof she helped in the cover up. The fact she denied something so obvious created doubt she might have been lying about everything. She probably should have admitted the cover up charge and then defended herself vigorously based on that fact. As it was, on trial the cover up just became a natural follow up of the murder she help plan.
