Jen McCabe tells 911 about her friend “ there is A GUY lying in the snow”. Neither referred to him as my friend or his name. He was reduced to just some guy. So much for being a friend. 5. So Julie Nagel messages her brother to come get her. He gets there and per Matt McCabe , she doesn’t want to leave. She goes to the car and tells her brother she doesn’t want to leave and the McCabes will give her a ride. So why did she call her brother for a ride to begin with ? 🙄 so many liars in this case

The reason he comes off dense is his lack of accountability I definitely think the fact that he was leaving around the time JOK was coming into the house definitely something between the two of them pursued imo. My theory is JOK Collin and Higgins were all in altercation and Albert and the dog tried to break it up 😉 and then boom he falls hits back of head and dies! They all panick Higgins runs to get snow plow to drop JOK in front lawn! 🙂 I’m pretty sure I’m relatively close! His fit app shows many flights of stairs 🤷🏻‍♀️ Higgins had motive and Collin was a hot head who didn’t specifically like JOK to begin with! This cover up is malicious egregious and disgusting! However this happens often and has been happening for many years and law enforcement need to answer for it as a whole! I believe towns need to start electing actual officers out to the academy as a whole and their history should be allowed online and complaints to be filed and viewed online! Law enforcement has to change! We the citizens pay taxes to fund our law enforcement therefore it should be more open and we should have more to say in what cops are wearing badges in our cities! 95% of cops act above the law and truthfully are! This isn’t the first hundredth or even thousandth time this has happened it’s just the first time it has been aired nationally and the defense is amazing enough to be able to prove it which is also in part bc they didn’t cover their tracks bc truthfully they didn’t care to!!!!!

38. The judge sustaining credible questions is absolutely improper. The defense is entitled to prove their defense of family involvement and questioning relationships in this trial. Especially when this is a portion of their defense. This reminds me so very much of the behind the Murdaugh Family murders and the proof of family involvement and how it played out in the Murdaughs getting away with murder and covering up their children’s involvement in crimes and accidents.

39. These witnesses asking to “rephrase the question” when that is clearly a legal response shows they are all coached on how to answer if they are even the slightest way confused about any questions.

43. Why is a Judge known by the McCabe family as Aunt Bev sitting on this trial? Also I think the defense should of made a much bigger deal out of the text the defense found saying “ just say he never came inside” and the response” exactly”

44. Pretty sure Jen McCabe took all the kids phones and “fixed” everything to fit her narrative. She is the “fixer” here. Horrible person and horrible families.
