  1. Adam Montgomery should have his sorry behind dragged into court for sentencing. He should have been made to attend the trial too since it was more than clear that he was guilty of abuse and neglect at the very least. The victim lost out again. Why do the perpetrators have all the rights. The law needs to be changed.

  2. Shanda Vander Ark…her son Paul.. sentenced 30-100…is there a chance the older girls nasty, whispery, and healthy had a hand in hurting the little ones?

  3. I wonder why the two older girls didn't tell. They were free ..obviously..cleaning moms friends house.. eating good food..not thankful for cops..KNOWING their siblings are home tied up! Can they be charged like Paul Vander SHIT!?!

  4. Alec Baldwin is far from innocent. How long has he been doing this he knows better I think he is using her as a scapegoat I think there is more to it than we will ever know

  5. Kayla got one hell of a deal. Its honestly disgusting. She knew there was a dead child being stored with them wherever they go. She didny protect her children from being right next to their sister being beaten to death.
I think that Adam not showing up, shows you how much regard he had for his five year old daughter HARMONY. It should reflect on gis character and should show that if he had any remorse or conviction that HE did not do this then wht not show up for Harmony?

Ruby and Jodi should ve sentenced to exile island and not allowed to be around people anymore.

  6. was the Judge in the RF/JH sentencing a Mormon or influenced by the Mormons? Judges are political and has this Judge been elected? Would these children have ended up like Shanda Van Arks son Timothy…dead?

  7. She soiled herself because she was living in the car and probably was always holding it. This is so devastating. Can’t imagine what she endured at the hands of her own daddy. So sad.

  8. A 20min podcast? On three different cases?? Is this speed podcasting? And now you can't even get guests to appear, or so it seems. Tbh, this podcast has been slacking for a while now.

  9. Sorry but no it's not Alec Baldwin's fault at all, it was HER job, she was the prop person thats what she's paid for. Actor's do not get their props until needed, she loaded it incorrectly, she killed someone, Alec was an innocent bystander.

  10. I don’t understand how you have the right to not attend the trial or sentencing. I don’t think anyone should be allowed to opt out. If you’re adult enough to commit the crime you are adult enough to sit there and hear what you did and how you’ll pay for it.

  11. I have been on Alec Baldwin side this whole time. There is absolutely no reason that he should have to take any responsibility for live ammunition being in that gun when it was not his job to set those props up.

  12. I am not crazy about the # of years is open ended. These two are friends with some very high ranking leaders in the Mormon church,Jody was on the list of marriage therapists the church recommended. They had multiple complaints about her for 15 years ,they even hired her after she got her license revoked & later reinstated .Who knows if the parole board is made up of Mormons as well ? Jody bragged to patients that her 6 million $ home was paid for by the church for fixing screwed up LDS couples. This case is so much deeper. Jody was involved in the same side beliefs as Chad Daybell about children being dark or light.

  13. Gutierrez was the armorer! Why was she not in control of the weapons at all times? I am a gun enthusiast and I would never have guns and ammo strewn about in the way it appears it was. Baldwin should have been able to be confident in the fact that there wasn’t live ammo in that gun. Why would there be??? 🤯

  14. For some reason Harmony Montgomery's case has deeply affected me. More so than a lot of other child abuse/murder cases. To think of the absolute terror that little girl lived through on a daily basis breaks my heart. I hope her "father" experiences just a quarter of that abuse and fear while he is in prison and that the pos rots in hell when his time comes.

  15. There’s one level of separation by Alec, so while he was responsible for the set and I think could be held civilly liable, I don’t see how they could convict him criminally. But yes, I think Hannah will be convicted.
