1. I love that the detective used the word adherent because that is how Alex was to Chad. Not excusing Alex's behavior but he believed 100% sais Zaluma.

7. Chad’s looking a bit defeated after those text messages came out in the open. He knows there is no explanation for what was just revealed. Stellar job by the prosecution! I love this judge. He runs a controlled courtroom and his rulings are fair and unbiased.

10. Pryer named every charge in an attempt to hear a consolidated statement of the evidence and why prosecution believe the jury will find him guilty. He was taking notes. It was a tactic to see where he needs focus…GROSSSSSS. Pryer has a whole lot of bad Karma to answer for. Yikes

Poor Pryor: he has to really really stretch the edges of doubt when the state's evidence ie: actual texts between the two show clearly what their plans were regarding death percentages and wishes to be unencumbered and the desperation to be together. Will he really be able to prove that Tamyy, JJ and Tylee's deaths were just an unfortunate coincidences?
