16. Wow, I'm actually shocked at how many of the facts of the Franke case you got wrong here. For one, their 8 passengers channel was not taken down until after the arrest – Ruby voluntarily took it down in favor of pursuing the Connexions Classroom content. She and Jodi didn't move in together, Ruby left the children withnice. Jodi's license hasn't been suspended, it's been surrendered. The prosecution isn't recommending consecutive sentences, it's cemented in the plea deal that both Jodi and Ruby will be sentenced consecutively. You also completely left out Hildebrandt's history of doing this, even to her own neice.

17. I strongly object to the framing of Franke's charges as a matter of differing disciplinary styles. She tortured her kids. There's no "she crossed the line" as if she was doing something reasonable and them crossed over into doing something unreasonable, she starved her kids, deprived them of water, left them to the exposure of the elements, bound her son so tight the bindings cut him, smeared cayenne pepper into those wounds, duct taped over the wounds, and bound him again. There is no point on the spectrum where any of those things are in the realm of reasonable discipline.

39. Went through some very similar situations. I dealt with physical and mental abuse from as young as I can remember up until I ran away at 18. The woman who was in charge of most of the abuse worked as a child therapist. Still does to this day. Never had to face consequences for her actions despite me speaking up as a child many times during the abuse. I never had the opportunity to do so as an adult as I've been too busy trying to get my life together after knowing nothing but abuse and disfunction.

45. Dare I ask? Where were they getting the electricity from for all those lights? It's a long way from a freezing, and dark or at best dimly lit, stable in Bethlehem, and a newborn's first cry.

46. Well, there's Dignitas, I suppose, but that is the individual's own decision and their's alone. Not for someone else to decide for you. Choking is simply out of the question. That's not a so called 'mercy killing', if such a thing is ever justified – it is attempted murder in an awful manner. Why didn't he simply sit and hold her hand and talk to her? It was only a short matter of time by all accounts.

47. Weren't these poor children in school where they would be seen by teachers every day? How did no one notice and report the signs of abuse earlier? If home educated, why wasn't that being properly monitored and inspected by the responsible authority? I doubt whether anyone is a perfect parent. We all make mistakes, But systematic, sustained abuse like this is way off the scale. I hope the children get all the help they need so they can grow up as strong and healthy as is now possible for them, and not inflict the same or similar parenting on their own children in the future.

50. Police always overcharge people so to scare them and have them plea to one or two of the lesser charges. It is a psychological game police play. Just like some of your bills nowadays have new charges like water bill "rolloff" charges which is charging you for rain! Surcharges for an electrician charge a $100 surcharge which means you pay for their gasoline. Trash bill usually only charges the new surcharge of $12 which means you pay for their gas. These companies can write everything off as a tax deduction. If you pay $90 for trash you pay almost $4,000 a year. Add how many people live in your city/state and add it up. Fake charges that people don't see. Don't trust people just because they hold a job in the courts or police who are not Officers yet call themselves that. They never served in a War and you will never know of a person who served in a War to become a policeman or policewoman because they know how corrupt the Non-justice system is!
