Christopher Gregor is on trial for the April 2021 murder of his six-year-old son, Corey Micciolo, in Ocean County, New Jersey. Corey’s mother, Breanna Micciolo, had tried to get custody of Corey suspecting he was being abused two days before he died. Gregor maintains Corey died from sepsis and not trauma to his body. Micciolo testified at the trial and has garnered support through a “Justice for Corey” Facebook page. Law&Crime’s Angenette Levy talks with Keriann McManus, a friend and supporter of Corey’s mom, about the trial and her friend in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.

He is a psychopath…he needs to be locked up for the rest of his life.
Not blaming the mother, but I bet she wishes she never went after him for child support. Corey was just fine the first 4 almost 5 years of his life. First year he's with his bio dad? Dead. Unacceptable. Hope the judge who gave him custody is haunted with Corey's death for the rest of his life. What breaks my heart the most is she wasn't even allowed to be with Corey for his final moments. 💔
Corey died because his father tortured him and made him admit to telling the doctors what he had done and he paid for that

What a most beautiful child he was. Hopeful mama will always remember him this way.
We will never know but i wonder if Christophers parents were pushing him to man up and be a dad and if that is why Christopher and Corey moved out on their own . That was when the abuse started. It reminds me of how Casey Anthony's parents pushed her to be a mom when she wanted to have a night life instead. Some people should never be parents and i think Corey cramped his so called dads style. Corey paid the price. Prayers for his mom and all who loved that precious child!

Christophor's mother is at fault for Chistopher's behavior. She seems to be the type of mother that would cast blame a for Christopher's bad behavior for his entire life.

My nephew was abused by his babysitter. He had similar injuries like Cory. We were so lucky he survived.
I truly believe his father caused his death. Cory unfortunately never had a chance.

The really bad part is that this poor baby could have been saved, but for the incompetent of CPS, this police department and the judges who gave custody to this monster. The father never wanted this poor baby, but for his parents ' influence to him and the court, he wouldn't have custody. Why and how does this individual get custody of the child with his criminal records? It went unfounded because of who is allegedly because of his father, and that is what I believe .
