In Park City, Utah, a 73 year old bicyclist named Gary Peacock followed a 22 year old driver into a park. Claiming the young driver drove “too close” to him, as Peacock was riding his bike in the road, Peacock forcibly held the young man in his car, refusing to allow him to leave, as he called the police. The 22 year old, Pierce Kempton, uploaded the video to social media and it went viral. I spoke with him and got the full story.

i had an angry old man do the same thing to me once, i could only move over as far as the yellow line because there was oncoming traffic, and as a tow truck driver ive been in the situation where an angry person wont let me leave and the police have never done anything about it, they just dont consider it a serious enough problem to warrant the drama and paperwork, so it doesnt matter what laws there are to prevent people from blocking you in if the cops are to lazy to enforce it
