Am no expert but I think if analysis are being made we will find out that a 70 out of 100 times guns are being used more for violence than self defence. Why are guns circulating like cellphones in peoples hands.

He drew a picture of himself executing a “pretty girl” at point blank range. The cohost's standard operating procedure as a parent included taking the homicidal nut-loaf out for ice cream? The issue is an overarching absence of social consequences as a deterrent. Decent ethical people can tell the difference between pandering and parenting. Your opinion matters to your kids. It may dictate how they behave.
Look at it from a pro, this pushes parents to be more safe. And not careless because they will worry about themselves more sadly.

The country I was born and raised we must follow parents law. at school . School rules .
Police have no power to enter schools or your house
They had a gun safe. They just were lazy about using it: leaving guns laying around or in a drawer, didn't even change the factory issued "0000" lock code. In 2021, Courtney Clenney was arrested in Las Vegas for a domestic battery at a casino.
The school should be sued too. They are just as much to blame. They seen the drawings and really didn’t do anything.
Richard Allen’s case has been ‘mishandled’ since the very beginning & there are so many questions about the investigation, local LE, prison guards, evidence & other stuff!! People think the Odinists in that area are just some gang of dudes that drink together but I think it’s much more nefarious with a lot of people involved that people don’t think are involved secretly!!
I grew up in a rural area where hunting was huge & kids started young learning to hunt so I disagree with her that parents shouldn’t teach their kids to shot. There was also a case where a kid saved himself & his sisters because there was a gun in the house & he knew how to use it! The only issue I had was there were signs Ethan was having mental health issues & they didn’t take any actions to help him!!
The dad needs to go to jail too. Parents need to step up and be parents, no one made them have a kid.

It doesn’t matter what their intent was, if they knew that the computer was evidence in a criminal case, they had a legal obligation to turn it over to the police.

but like this you can convict every parent of a murderer ….or even when the kid is drunk and causes an accident… mother knew he was drinking….

A lot of official people in Indiana are going to have to have real answers very soon. A whole bunch of somebodies are doing sketchy stuff and i don't believe Allen is guilty.
Lastly, the Clenney apple didnt fall far from the tree.
If the determining factor for the guilty verdict was mom was the last person to see the gun and failed to properly secure it, then the dad should not be found guilty.? We shall see but this is tough.

I agree that in this case that the parents were culpable. My great fear is the precedence this sets and how this verdict will be used in the future.
Additionally – Amon should be locked up seperately.
