Officers Cooper Mauldin and Kyle Ribera – Stockton Police Department
Officers Ribera and Mauldin spot a stolen vehicle. The driver refuses to stop which leads the officers on a high-speed pursuit through the city. Officer Maulden rams the vehicle in an attempt to stop the reckless driver, but the driver doesn’t stop. Backup enters the chase and pits the fleeing car as it exits the freeway. The driver is taken into custody and booked for carjacking among other traffic violations.

February 2022, Ribera shoots Tracey Gaeta dead at her car, over 30 times. He was given 3 days paid leave and back on the streets to kill again. Lawyers for Gaeta family are pending.
