  1. Having been on a jury that was super important. I just want to give yall a heads up. If the jury member looked at the defendant or how many people were behind that person and then discussed it, we no longer listened to them in conversation. So, because they couldn’t do that, it seems more fare actually.

  2. So EVERYONE that went through trials during remote covid protocols should all be granted appeals? If you HAVE to see a full face to "catch a lie" and can't tell by tone, voice, cadence, attitude or flat out lie then maybe being in a court career isn't for that person. 🤷‍♂️

  3. I didn’t want to sound rude, but True Crime Daily: maybe it would be fun to try very different commentators.

  4. I was on the fence for months in karen Reed's case, but after seeing the evidence what the defence has put out, i 100% believe she's innocent & being set up😢

  5. I've been looking at Ana Garcia and all these other people that work for crime watch how they go chasing the suspects that are supposedly charged with killing a person and they're chasing them in their car just to get an interview line really Ana Garcia you can get shot by one of these people I will never put my life at risk chasing someone like that it's like you're stalking these people just to get an interview😅😅😅

  6. Good morning, Joshua and Dina – I agree that Erica Stefanko should have a new trial. As a juror you should know better than to research a trial you may have to serve. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is an expensive mistake. I have to say the Treehouse Murder Trial is going to be interesting. Didn’t the witness say this man was not there? If the witness says he wasn’t there, I would have to hear why he was charged, other than 2 other people, that are felons, placing him there. As far as Karen Read’s trial, I don’t believe she is guilty. I’m an Air Force Brat and generally don’t have many conspiracy theories but, this case is a prime example of why people do NOT trust the Government! I’m very happy she has so much of the Community on her side. Great Podcast, thank you. Have a fantastic week!

  7. 28:35 haha…a blogger is at the forefront of the conspiracy (with help from Read, herself, it seems). I should say "was" at the forefront…because he's now incarcerated due to an alleged domestic dispute/abuse claim that led a judge to revoke his bond.

  8. Zoom camera courtcases should be viewed extremely unconstitutional COVID pandemic or not. What if there was a person behind a persons webcam in their hotel room or home/location with a gun pointed at the subject appearing on a Zoom online court proceeding demanding someone to say certain things or they would harm you? There is a good reason people appear IN PERSON and to go throigh a metal detector so not just judges and magestrates are protected but lawyers and their clients as well. Safety is important in the event of a pandemic or not.

  9. Show me a jury, that doesn't talk amongst themselves about a case at lunch or wherever; I'll show you 12 liars. What planet do courts live on? I'll go further. Husbands & wives are for certain, as talking. As for retrial with "Army, Pizza", woman? Looks like a boy, to me. In any event, something is quite strange in this case, I know a lezbo when I see one, what's she doing with a dude and this case? No new trial is needed, obvious to me, that she's good for it.

  10. Ugh. One more comment. I've seen first hand the steam rolling of folks. AKA conspiracy. It is in child welfare services, CPS/DFCS/ etc. These two cases, nope. Look it up. Still a huge problem in Texas and other states. Especially if the accused is poor.

  11. Oh wow, i never knew that if the defence attorney doesn not raise an objection, they cannot use that in an appeal. Learn something new everyday!

  12. What ever happened to having a jury of our peers? A conspiracy theory is only that until proven a fact. Investors and detectives do that all the time when gathering evidence. So now people are narcissist if they want to defend themselves instead of the attorneys and judges rule without the persons input or making the person take a plea deal. People wonder why we are where we're at today is because of a broken system.

  13. I think it is ridiculous to not let juries look up information on cases. They are not going to run into anymore lies the they do in the court room. The judge holds information, the cops lie, witnesses lie, attorneys lie. So a jury is expected to put a person's life in their judgement but not have all facts, that is crazy. I will never be on a jury again. If any people were sentenced during online trials that is against the Constitutional rights. Nothing is suppose to subvert or abridge the Constitution period. Shame on all the lawyers, judges, and anyone who participated in violating people's rights.

  14. Duh! Anybody who has seen anything about the Karen Reed case knows that the officer and his wife who had the party should have their everything searched. Why was the officers wife googling "How long it takes a person to die in the cold" on the night he died?!?!?

  15. The trial with the man representing himself is actually not a circus at all. There is no discreadidation of the judge….he's actually doing very well, acts very professional and attorneys need to stop acting so " above" everyone else. The victim herself claims he wasnt there.
PS….this co-host is incredibly annoying to me.
