YNW Melly, real name Jamell Demons, went to trial last year for the murders of YNW SakChaser and Juvy. The two rappers were shot to death in what prosecutors are calling a cover-up, while Melly’s defense team claims they were killed in a drive-by shooting. Demons’ trial ended in a mistrial after the jury could not reach a verdict. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down the current status of Melly’s case.

Melly did it from the back left side seat he shot juvy first in the face with the 40 cal sitting to the right of him and then sak woke up in the front passenger seat and put his hands up begging for Melly not to shoot him and Melly shot two or three times one bullet took his finger off which is how CSI knew he had his hands up in front of him they then got out and bortlen shot up the side of the vehicle which is why he had gunshot residue on his hands and then they drove around for over an hour and then Melly got picked up by a friend who took him home and bortlen drove to the hospital I can't believe people still think it wasn't Melly and I can't believe that he hasn't been sentenced its unreal its not rocket science they have locked people up for much less evidence but because Melly has money he will probably walk in the end if he was broke he would have been sentenced to death or life in the first month

I think it's reckless how you guys post headlines and not say certain things in defense of him he's being accused of it he hasn't been charged and there's no actual evidence that he's guilty of it. And there's way too much evidence out there of cops planting things on people like this is his testimony that the gun was shot from inside of the car that's one person's view of things that's not 100% fact that's just what he's saying I would like to get another professional to weigh in on that and who's to say that the friends weren't trying to shoot back. And another thing why would he drive the boy to the hospital if his intention was to make sure he was dead another question I have why wouldn't he say Millie shot me when he got into reception
