There is NO evidence of Dan being a child molester (of which the docu-series implies). People love to grab their pitchforks and accuse before learning the truth. The doc was a hit job and he has the right to sue for it.

He made a video where he admitted he was wrong, gave a fake apology, and pretended it was all no big deal. He literally admitted he was wrong since the documentary, he literally lost already.

He will lose. In order to prove defamation, one of the four required points that must be proved is that the defendant made "a false statement purporting to be fact". The quiet on set documentary made no allegations against him themselves.
