23. im no car expert but if your accelerator is stuck im pretty sure most if not all cars you can just switch your car into neutral while the car is moving. there's probably at least 5 ways to stop your car if the accelerator is stuck

24. If you don't know how to stop the car in this situation, you shouldn't have a license in my opinion.

34. Yaknow, some things they won't teach you in driver school.. This is the reason no. 1 i talk about this on to my class.. Runaway diesel is really a thing you doo not wanna happen.. And one thing is a runaway auto-transmittion and 2nd the manual, the 2nd is easier to stop btw..
