Corporal Michael Milazzo – Lafayette Police Department
While prepping Corporal Milazzo’s vehicle for a night on patrol at the Lafayette Police Department, a call comes in reporting a stolen blue car. Milazzo and another unit follow the stolen vehicle without turning on their lights so as to not startle the suspect into doing something dangerous while a local parade takes place nearby. Once cleared from the majority of traffic, the units turn on their lights and begin pursuit. After some time, the units lose track of the suspect but quickly radio to spread out and use GPS to locate the stolen vehicle. After a K9 unit radios that they have located the suspect, Milazzo rejoins the pursuit, only until the suspect loses control at a slow curve and crashes the stolen vehicle. K9 is released and bites the suspect in the arm, as other officers approach the vehicle with their guns drawn. Milazzo grabs the suspect through the passenger side window and quickly detains and arrests him. Once placed in the backseat of the cruiser, the suspect explains that he wants to die. Milazzo works to calm the suspect down and is eventually able to help him realize his will to live. The suspect is then charged with a stolen vehicle charge, many traffic violations, and AG-flight. The suspect is taken to the hospital for minor injuries prior to being placed in jail.

  16. Officer Michael Millazo is a criminal traitor tyrant. In 2009 I was beat up and arrested unlawfully by Officer Millazo for complaining about underage drinking happening at The Keg night club as he sat and watched an underaged girl nearly dying of alcohol poisoning writhing on the ground in front of him. At the time he was being paid cash to sit outside of the club(as corrobarated by the FBI and local bails bondsmen as well as a local towtruck driver during our private investigation into the incident). As I was making my complaint that there were nothing but underaged people there to two other officers who agreed and stated they could not do anything because they did not have the man power to check everyone's IDs. As they explained this Michael Millazo stepped out of his vehicle that was in front of the Keg parked right next to the girl who was on the ground puking, and asked me in the exact words, "Why are you questioning shit like that?" As I began to answer him saying, "because my dad taught me to be a man" he tackled me to the ground. As I resisted he hit me multiple times and then as I cooperated was put into another police vehicle- not his that he was originally in. As time went on I was sitting in the car for a few minutes and was left with my cellphone in my pocket. Being skinny enough to wiggle it out of my pocket I was able to call the Sergeant and the Lafayette Police Office to tell them I had been arrested and that it was an unlawful arrest. Soon after Mr. Millazo and the criminal traitor that he is grabbed my phone from me and had another officer take me to jail. I also told that officer I was arested unlawfully. When I got to jail they made Millazo book me and as he discussed with others what to charge me with evntually came and sat down in front of me to tell me what he was chargning me with. He charged me with public distubance by intoxication, which I wasn't and resisting arrest. He told me and I quote, "smell beer on you" of which I did not even drink or have and asked for a test, and was denied. Anyhow, after that I tried to get my phone back by calling the Lafayette Police and the woman asked me my arresting officer and said that he probably had it in his car. When I said his name she implied that there was no such officer and immediately hung up the phone. As we further investigated him, and where my phone maybe another officer contacted me saying they had my phone and would leave it in my mailbox. Upon the day that my phone was left in my mailbox I received another call stating by the unamed officer that it had been stolen out of my mailbox by a black man on a bike and that they were in the process of locating him. When they supposedly got it back by saying they would pay him $100 for it and arrested him for it they agreed to meet me in the parking lot of Target on Ambassador to give it to me. The officer never mentioned his true name and was drving a small silver Chevrolet sedan and was wearing a grey affliction looking shirt. In other words plain clothes and sketchy as all hell. Theybhad erased my call log, had erased all my data on the phone, and strangely had replaced the back of it and the battery with a cheap knock off(this was the original motorolla droid). Long story short now, Mike Millazo had killed someone during a traffic stop of an unarmed black man thinking the guy's car matched a stolen car's description. The last I saw in about Mike Milazzo murdering the man supposedly he had just gotten off of work and Mike struggled with the undividual about being pulled over for seemingly no reason and ended up murdering him in cold blood. I was told this by the officer whocdelivered my phone that he had been repremanded before and that he was an asshole. Also, the FBI stated to me that something similar had happened at The Keg to a black man- this time a Marine. The FBI also stated that the place was currently under investigation, and it was eventually shut down. I did not seek any charges against Mr. Millazo or The Keg in my case because I was told the case was being handeled and they had already stolen my phone from me in an effort to hide evidence of me calling the Sergeant and the poilce about what he had done. This man is a tyrant and by no means, other than the theater shooting heroism he supposedly had, should he be respected for his under the table criminal activity he is guilty of. Good job COPSTv #FBI
